In a statement on Thursday 17th October, 2024, signed by Comrade Omologo Akanbi, Acting
Coordinator, Lagos Community Youth Development Initiative (Ojodu LCDA), the group said, “There is a popular and generally acceptable mantra that says: “One good turn deserves another” in support of the altruistic opinion that is predicated on the fundamental expectations, ratification, endorsement and popular belief that support and appreciate an exemplary pedigree, exceptional antecedents and sterling qualities of anyone found to be blessed with those sterling qualities in any position they might have being saddled with”.
“Based on this premise, we have unanimously agreed in making our clarion call to Hon. Segun Odunmbaku for the continuity of the job that he has been doing excellently and that has been quite notable in his progressive, transformational and developmental scorecard of excellent steadwardship delivery services that have touched every area of governance in Ojodu LCDA.”
“Without sounding immodest, the evidences and testimonies of all his good jobs are in public domain and they have continued to attract applause and commendations, and by that as they say, a good product needs no further advertisement because it can only speak for itself concerning its outstanding quality, and we are proud that his developmental strides in governance are all encompassing in reality.”
“In unison, we are seizing this golden opportunity to call on Hon. Segun Odunmbaku to continue with his good jobs, which he has been reputed for as we pray that the Almighty God will continue to be his strength and give him more wisdom.”
