Lagos Constitutes MOC For 5th Int’l Badminton Classics

Director General Lagos Sports Commission, Bolowotan chairs the MOC for the International Badminton Classics which serves off Wednesday

 

 

The Main Organising Committee (MOC) for the 5th edition of Lagos International Badminton Classics has been constituted.

The six – man MOC has the Director General, Lagos State Sports Commission, Oluwatoyin Gafaar Bolowotan as the Chairman and the President of Badminton Federation of Nigeria, Frank Orbhi as Vice Chairman.

Other members of the MOC, are Onome Obruthe who also serves as the Chairman, Local Organising Committee (LOC), Alhaji Muhammed Maina, Titi Oshodi -Eko and Olumide Nunayon Travih as Secretary of the Committee.

The 5th edition of the Classics hosting in Lagos from 25 to 27 July, 2019 at the Molade Okoya -Thomas Sports Hall, Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere will have 35 countries of the world participating.

Prize money for this year’s edition is 25,000 US Dollars. Tue event holds inside Molade Okoya-Thomas Indoor Sports Hall of Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
