Lagosians Thrilled At Street Carnival On Oba Akran (Photos News)

The entire stretch of the Oba Akran Avenue, Ikeja, right from the Ikeja underbridge  was a beehive of activities, as the Lagos State government staged  the second edition of the Lagos Street Carnival on Sunday, 3 December.
