Land Is Everything In Nature!

Hmmm…

The more things change the more they remain the same.
Somehow, the promoters of MMM made it look like if one was not invested in the whole scheme their life was so meaningless.
Today, it is land banking!!!
The future of this one too is very scary. As far back as 1952 the white men developed Forest Reserves. For instance, the “Mamu Forest Reserve” in Anambra lying between Orumba North and sprawling into some parts of Enugu State.
Do we still have Forest reserves today?
All we hear is “buy land” 10 minutes to evil forest, 5 minutes walk to the city of David, major landmarks include eifel tower in Nando, statue of liberty in Ibusa.
Trends are good and can be beneficial in the short-term. However, are these trends sustainable in the longe-term?
I am not saying you should not buy landed properties, neither am I saying real estate is bad. What I am saying is simple, we must remember that land is everything in Nature, we must explore it juudiciously to avoid future crisis.
