LASCOPA To Unravel Sale Of Hazardous/Expired Evaporated Milk

Following the viral online video of a middle-aged man apprehended by concerned citizens for selling hazardous and expired evaporated Peak Milk at Ibidun Street in Ojuelegba, the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency (LASCOPA), has declared its readiness to unravel the source of the product sold by the suspect.
 
A release signed by the General Manager of the Agency, Afolabi Solebo Esq. said the case has already been reported at the Area C Police Station where the culprit is being detained while investigations are ongoing.
 
Solebo reiterated the determination of the Agency to see the case to a conclusive end and ensure that all those involved are prosecuted to the full extent of the Law.

The General Manager gave assurance that LASCOPA remains commited to protecting the public against the consumption of hazardous and expired products in the State.
