A 20-year old man, Rejoice Ekemini Essien, has landed in trouble in Lagos State over high appetite for sex for allegedly engaging three ladies in an aggressive sex romp at the same time in a popular hotel.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 12th June, 2025, at 95 Suite Hotel, located at Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos where the suspect lodged.
The three ladies, Ezeogu Beauty Chidinma 25, Kelechi Divine Favour Nneoma,19 and Esther Chidinma Okorie, 23, who he engaged in sex romp at the same time, were unable to satisfy his sexual desires which lasted for several hours.
The inability of the women to satisfy him led to a disagreement. The suspect refused to pay for the services the ladies had already rendered to him despite the long hours the ladies had endured during the romp.
The matter was reported to the Police in the area. He was arrested and transferred to the Gender Section of the Lagos State Police Command over his alleged conduct for interrogation.
According to the Police, the suspect lured the ladies to the hotel for the romp for an agreed fee with the intention to satisfy his sexual desires. But as they were unable to satisfy him, it led to a disagreement and he refused to pay for their services.
After interrogation, the Police found him culpable and consequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for sexual assault which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The charge read:
“That you, Rejoice Ekemini Essien ‘m’, on the 12th day of June 2025, at about 0110hurs, at 95 Suite Hotel, No. 177A, Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did sexually assault one Ezeogu Beauty Chidinma ‘f’ 25years, Kelechi Divine Favour Nneoma ‘f’ 19years and Esther Chidinma Okorie ‘f 23years by penetration and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 261 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.”
However, the Court did not take his plea following a motion moved by the prosecutor, Inspector Lucky Ihiehie, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O. Tanimola, ordered his remand in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for legal advice.
The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the correctional center pending the outcome of the report of the DPP’s advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
