Man, 23, Arrested For Engaging 2 Under Aged Sisters In S*x Romp

Police operatives from the Lagos State Command have arrested a 23-year old man, Wisdom Okoronkwo, who allegedly lured his neighbor’s under aged girls of the same parents and engaged them in sex romp. 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Mudashiru Street, Shadows Egbe area of Lagos, where they reside. 

The Police alleged the suspect to have lured the girls and slept with them. The Police however, did not state if it was the same time that he committed the alleged offence but stated the same date as being when the alleged crime was committed. 

The information later leaked, got to their parents and the girls were interrogated; they confessed what happened.

The matter was then reported to the Police and the suspect was arrested. He was later transferred to the Gender Section of the Command for interrogation over the act.. 

At the Gender Section, after thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and later charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the  alleged offence. 

When he was arraigned, the Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Mr. Victor Eruada, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice. 

Hence, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M. O. Tanimola, ordered his remand in custody pending the outcome of DPP’s  advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for advice while the matter was  adjourned till 23rd March, 2022, for the report of the DPP to be ready, which will  determine if the matter will be transferred to the  High  Court or not over  jurisdiction.
