Man, 30, Fondles Breasts, Lures Girl, 15, Into Sex

A 30-year old man, Serious Ado, has been arrested in Lagos for allegedly fondling the breasts of a 15-year old girl and engaging her in sex romp.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Onilane Ahmadiya area of Lagos, where they reside.

The Police alleged that the suspect, Ado, lured the victim into his apartment, got her after foundling her breasts and penetrated her.

However, after the romp, the victim regained her senses and alleged that Ado had abused her without her consent.

The matter was reported to the Police at Alakuko Division, Lagos; the suspect was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation.

After interrogation, the Police found him culpable and later charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence

The Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Supol Benson Emerhi, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Sule-Amzat, ordered him to be remanded in prison without an option of bail.

The Court then directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for advice.
 He was remanded in prison custody pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not. The matter was adjourned till 26th March, 2020.
