A 33-year old man, Musbau Raji, has landed in trouble in Lagos State for allegedly luring a 17-year old girl and engaging her in sex romp.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect, Raji, has been arrested and charged before the Court for defilement.
Following the charge before the Court, Raji may likely spend several years of imprisonment or life imprisonment if he is found guilty by the Court.
According to the Police, he lured the girl into his apartment,  engaged her in sex and having satisfied himself, he allowed her to go.
But trouble started after the girl’s parents got to know, asked her what happened and she claimed that she was lured into it without her consent.
The matter was reported to the Police at Igando Division and the suspect, Raji, was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over the alleged conduct.
While being interrogated, Raji reportedly admitted to have done so but with her consent while the victim insisted that she was lured into the act.
However, the Police found him culpable because the victim is still a minor under the Law and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.
The Court did not take his plea when he was arraigned following a motion moved by the prosecutor, Inspector Lucky Ihiehie, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O.A. Layinka, ordered his remand in custody at the Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice.
The matter was adjourned pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
