Man, 41, Docked For Defiling Girl,7, After Opening Her Private Part With Finger

A 41-year old man, Oseni Lukman, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly molesting a 7-year old girl by using his finger to widen her private part and penetrated her severally before he was caught. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened between 12th August and September, 2025 at Temitope Street, Ilasa area of Lagos, where they reside.
According to the Police, the suspect had lured the victim severally into his apartment and inserted his finger into her private part in order to widen it before he eventually penetrated her.
However,  the information leaked and the victim’s parents reported the matter to the Police at Ilupeju Division. The suspect was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over his alleged conduct against the victim.
After the investigation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The charges read:
COUNT I: “That you, OSENI LUKMAN ‘M’ between 12th of August, 2025 and September, 2025 at Temitope Street Ilasa Lagos, in the Lagos State Magisterial District, did unlawfully have canal knowledge with one little girl, ‘F’ 7years old and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 137 of the criminal laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”
Count II: “That you, OSENI LUKMAN ‘M’ on 12/09/2025 at Temitope Street Ilasa Lagos, in the Lagos State Magisterial District, did put your finger into the vagina of one little girl, ‘F, 7 years old and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 261 of the criminal laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”
COUNT III:” That you OSENI LUKMAN ‘M’ on 12/09/2025 at the same place in your room at No. 28 Temitope Street, Ilasa Lagos, in the Lagos State Magisterial District did threat to kill one little girl, ‘F’ 7 years old and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 56 (1) (A) of the of criminal laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”
However, the Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Lucky Ihiehie, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O.Tanimola, ordered his remand in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for legal advice.
The matter was adjourned for mention for the report of the DPP’s advice to be available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
