A 43-year old man, Jeremiah James, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly molesting two under aged girls sexually by inserting his dick inside their anus for sexual satisfaction.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened in the month of August, 2025, at Muli Street, Oregun area of Ikeja, Lagos.
According to the Police,  the suspect lured the victims and inserted his dick inside their anus. And having satisfied himself,  he allowed them to go but warned them not to tell anyone about it.
However, the victims later revealed what happened to their parents and the matter was reported to the Police. The suspect was arrested and transferred to the Gender Section of the Lagos State Command for interrogation over his alleged conduct.
After rounds of interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The charge read:
“That you, Jeremiah James ‘m’, sometime in the month of August 2025, at Muli Street, Oregun – Ikeja, Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did sexually penetrate the victims ‘f’ 10 and 8 years, by inserting your penis inside their anus and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 261 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.”
However, the Court did not take his plea following a motion moved by the prosecutor, Inspector Lucky Ihiehie, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O. Tanimola, ordered his remand in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for legal advice.
The matter was adjourned for the report of the DPP’s advice to be available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
