Man, 55, Caught Having Sex With 13-Year Old Girl

A 55-year old man, Mfon Inyang has landed in trouble after he was caught having sex with a 13-year old girl inside a shop located at a Mechanic Village in Lagos.

The incident happened in the morning at about 8.00 am at the popular mechanic workshop located at Fagba in Agege area of Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the suspect took the victim to the place, forced her to remove her pant and engaged her in a romp.
However, while he was in the act one of the workers who saw them raised alarm, it attracted other workers and Inyang could not explain why he did so. Inyang’s action still baffled those who knew what happened because it was learnt that he was married and had children and lived with them in Lagos.

The victim, on her side claimed that she was forced to do so by Inyang who warned her not to shout and she allowed him out of fear.

Inyang was apprehended and handed over to the police at Isokoko Division who charged him before Ogba Magistrates court for the alleged offence.

He pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs. F.O. Abegunde Davis ordered him to be remanded in prison custody without granting him bail.
The court adjourned till 14 February, 2018 for the ruling on his bail condition.
