Man, 57, Docked Over Failed Attempts To Penetrate 9-Year Old Girl’s Private Part

A 57-year old man, David Onyendi, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State over failed attempts to penetrate a  9-year old girl’s private part. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Arowojobi Close, Oshodi area of Lagos, where they reside.
The matter was reported to the Police that the suspect, David, lured the victim into his apartment and tried to force his dick into her private but it did not enter due to the size of his organ.
And when he realized that he will not be able to penetrate her,  he allowed her to go. But the matter got exposed after the victim informed her parents about what happened to her when they were not around.
The matter was reported to the Police at Akinpelu Division. He was then arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over his alleged conduct. During interrogation, he reportedly denied to have tried raping her because he was unable to penetrate her private part owing to the size of his dick.
The Police found him culpable and consequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for indecent assault under the Criminal Laws of the State, which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The Court did not take his plea following a motion moved by the prosecutor, Supol Akeem Raji, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice because of the nature of the offence.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi, granted him bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment.
The matter was adjourned till 31st January, 2024, for mention.
