Man Arrested Over Hotel Bills After One Month Sex Romp

A 24-year old man, Ugochukwu Francis, has landed in trouble in Lagos after he reportedly lodged in a hotel with a lady for over a month and was unable be pay the bills incurred while the sex romp lasted.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that Francis has been arrested while the lady in question left him to his fate.
It was gathered that Francis went to the hotel and lodged after paying certain amount of money. He was said to have then incurred debt between 10th October and 16th November, 2019 and promised the management that he would raise money to pay them to no avail.
The management then reported the incident to the Police at Ajao Division for his refusal to pay the accumulated bills.
He was arrested and detained for interrogation. It was then the Police discovered that he had no money to settle the bills.
Having been found culpable, he was later charged before the Ejigbo Magistrates Court for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace.
He pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Supol Kenneth Asibor, asked the Court to fix a date for hearing on the matter to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the offence.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. T.O Shomade, granted Francis bail in the sum of N234,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail conditions and adjourned the matter till 8th January, 2020.
The incident happened at the popular Golden Destiny Hotel located at Awoniyi Elemo Street, Ajao Estate, where Francis reported lodged.
