Man Caught Having Sex With Neighbour’s 7-Year Old Girl

A 36-year old man, Mr. Ernest Monday has landed in trouble after he was caught engaging in sex with his neighbour’s 7-year old daughter.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Akpata Street in Oke-Ira area of Ogba, Lagos where they resided.

Neighbours who knew about the assault wondered what would have been the attraction for Monday to have engaged the victim in such act. It was gathered that Monday returned from work in the evening and lured the victim into his own apartment and molested her sexually.

According to the victim, Monday called her to his room, locked the door from inside, removed her pant and inserted his finger into it. He later took her to his bed and attempted to penetrate her but he was unable to do so because of the size of his organ.
However, before he could continue with the molestation one of their neighbours who suspected his movement, raised alarm, forced Monday to open his door and the victim was rescued. It was then that the victim revealed what happened and said that Monday asked her not to tell anyone about it.

The alleged assault was reported at the Area G Command, Ogba, Lagos, Monday was arrested and detained at the command for interrogations.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that Monday admitted that he touched her private part but did not penetrate her.

He was charged before Ogba Magistrates court for the assault and he pleaded not guilty.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka granted Monday bail in the sum of N300, 000 with two sureties in like sum.

The prosecutor, Mr. Christopher John did not object his bail. The suspect was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 9 May, 2018.
