Man Caught On Top Of 3-Year Old Girl

A 26-year old man, Ben Friday Ibeh, has been arrested after he was caught on top on a 3-year old girl jerking his body on her probably in order to satisfy his sexual urge.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at their compound located at Omilade Street in Oshodi, Lagos where he resides with the victim’s parents.

The residents wondered what would have made Mr. Ibeh to do such on a 3-year old.

It was gathered that the defendant returned from work, lured the victim into his room, took her to the bed and pressed his body against hers. However, while he was in the act, he was caught by one of their neighbour who raised alarm which attracted other people including the victim’s parents.

The matter was reported to the police at the Gender Section of the State Command, Lagos.
He was arrested and taken to the Command for interrogation. He reportedly admitted that he was on top of the little girl shaking his body on her. He was asked to explain what his action meant if not an attempt to defile the 3-year old; he denied penetrating her in the course of his act.
The police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate court for indecent assault on the victim.
He pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Mr. Benson Emuerhi, did not oppose his bail but asked the court for a date for trial. Thus the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Sule-Amzat, granted him bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail.
The matter was adjourned till 5th December, 2018.
