Man Commits Suicide In A Popular Hotel

A frustrated middle-aged man, one Moses Prince, has committed suicide in a popular hotel located on 4th Avenue, Festac Town in Lagos State.

P.M.EXPRESS confirmed that the corpse was discovered by a staff of the hotel on Monday.
The deceased was said to have bought an insecticide known as Sniper and drank it after he checked into the hotel on Sunday. The next day, one of the cleaners who went to clean his room was said to have raised the alarm upon discovering his lifeless body with a foamy white substance coming out from his mouth.

The management of the hotel contacted the Festac Police Division who arrived at the hotel and evacuated the body. The corpse was deposited at an undisclosed hospital for autopsy test.

The PPRO of Lagos State Police Command, CSP Chike Oti, who confirmed the incident, said that investigation into the matter was ongoing.
Mr. Oti said that the matter had been transferred to the Homicide Section of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, SCIID, Yaba for further investigations.
