A 24-year old man, one Samson Oyeshola, has been arrested by the Police in Lagos for allegedly forcing a 10-year old girl to watch pornographic film in order to entice her into a sex romp.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 24th March, 2019, at Ayobo area of Ipaja, Lagos, where they reside.

The police claimed that the man allegedly lured the victim into his apartment, locked the door, then slotted in the porn film and forced the victim to watch it. While the victim watched the film, Oyeshola was said to have then commenced touching her on the body in order to lure her into sex. In the process of touching, she regained her senses and raised alarm which attracted other neighbours to his apartment. He was forced to open the door and the victim was eventually rescued. She then narrated what happened; how she was sexually molested by Oyeshola and forced to watch the porn film.

The matter was reported to the Ipaja Police Division; the suspect was arrested and detained for interrogation.
At the police station, P.M.EXPRESS scooped that Oyeshola admitted that he played the film but claimed that he had not touched her before she raised alarm and he allowed her to go.
However, the police found him culpable and charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court for sexual assault.
He pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Christopher John, asked the Court to give a date for the hearing of the matter for the police to prove the matter.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka, granted him bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect the bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 2nd May, 2019.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that Oyeshola was granted bail because the police investigation did not establish that he had penetrated the victim as such he was charged for attempted sexual assault.
