Man Strips Naked, Begs Girl, 8, For Sex

A man, one Victor Chidiebere, has landed in trouble in Lagos after he reportedly stripped himself naked, begged an 8-year old girl for sex romp, lost control and in the process poured sperm on her clothes.

The victim, who was visibly shocked, raised alarm which attracted other neighbours and he was apprehended. He was handed over to the police and the clothes stained by discharged sperm was also tendered as exhibit before the police.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 21st March, 2019, at Adeoye Street in Bolade area of Oshodi, Lagos, where they reside.
It was gathered that Chidiebere allegedly lured the victim into his apartment, removed his clothes and while naked begged the girl for sex but she refused. While the victim attempted to leave, he held her and suddenly discharged sperm on her clothes.

The matter was reported to the police and he was arrested. He was later transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for interrogation.
P.M.EXPRESS scooped that Chidiebere denied attempting to rape her but admitted that he held her and poured sperm on her clothes when he lost control but was apologetic over what happened.

However, the police found him culpable and charged him before Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.
He pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Inspector Benson Emerhi, did not oppose his being granted bail. Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Sule Amzat, granted him bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition. The matter was adjourned till 27th June, 2019.
