Married Man, 41, Caught Having S*x With Girl, 11, In Uncompleted Building

A 41-year old married man, Ojo Oladeji, has landed in trouble in Lagos after he allegedly lured, engaged an 11-year old girl in sex romp at an uncompleted building and he was caught in the act.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 7th August, 2021, at Meiran area of Lagos, where they reside.

The man was however, caught during the dastardly act and handed over to the Police at Meiran Division, who then detained him at the station for investigation.

He is now facing a charge for defilement, which attracts several years of imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty before the Court for the alleged offence.

According to Police sources, the man was said to have lured the girl to the place, was engaging her in sex before one of their neighbours, who suspected their movement went there and caught him in the act.

The neighbour raised alarm, which attracted other neighbours and the matter was reported at the Meiran Police Division before Oladeji was arrested and later transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for further investigation.

After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.

The Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Inspector Lucky Ihiehie, asked the Court to refer the the matter to the DPP for advice.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. A.O.Layinka, ordered his remand in Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice after directing the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP.

The matter was adjourned till 6th October, 2021, for report of the DPP’s advice to be ready, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
