A 46-year old Lagos State Judicial worker, Segun Falade, has confessed before the Court that he loves women and sex and as such, his wife, Olowatoyin, alone cannot satisfy him sexually because of his high libido.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that Segun made the confession after his 44- year old wife, Oluwatoyin Falade, dragged him before Orile Agege Customary Court in Lagos to dissolve their 11-year old marriage on grounds of his infidelity.
In response, Segun told the Court that he still loves his wife, Oluwatoyin, despite the fact that he still sleeps with other women to satisfy his sexual desires.
“I will not lie, I bring in different women to the house but I am ready to change. I have been begging her to please forgive me as I take care of the children and my wife.”
“My Lord, you can see that my wife is robust and fresh. It is obvious that she is not suffering. I bought her a phone recently and I pay the children’s school fees.”
“I am not ready for the dissolution our marriage and I promised to make things right if given another chance.” Segun told the Court.
However, the petitioner, Oluwatoyin, who lives at Tunde Davids Close, Agege, Lagos, told the Court that, though, she has two children for Segun, aged 8 and 11, she still asked the Court to dissolve the marriage to enable her have peace of mind and move on with her life.
“My husband is a flirt, he runs after anything in skirt. I had two girls before I got married to him and those girls are 15 and 18. They stay with me and I don’t trust my husband because he chases everything in skirt.”
“My husband changes women anyhow and he doesn’t respect me. If the Court doesn’t dissolve the union, I will run away with my kids,” she said as she burst into tears.
An embittered Oluwatoyin told the Court that she was traumatized in the marriage because people mock her in the neighbourhood because of her husband’s infidelity.
“I am fed up, Segun cannot change, chasing after women and ladies has become the order of the day for him,” she said.
The embattled woman, Oluwatoyin, also told the Court that her husband, Segun, does not take care of her and the children despite the disgrace and embarrassment she had suffered from him over the years.
The Court’s President, Adewale Adegoke, told both parties to be at peace with each other and adjourned the matter till  30th May, 2023, for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism.
