National Assembly Leadership: Uzor Kalu’s Constituents Endorse Godswill Akpabio & Ben Kalu

The aspiration of former Senate Whip, Orji Uzor Kalu, emerging the President of the 10th Senate, has suffered a major setback, as his Bende Constituents have roundly rejected his aspiration while throwing their weights behind Senator Godswill Akpabio for the office of the Senate President and Hon Benjamin Kalu as Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives.

A statement issued in Bende by the All Old Bende Youth Movement, Abia State and signed by its National President, Hon Uchendu Udensi, National Vice president Chinedu Ukpai, and National Secretary George Iboko and made available to newsmen, condemned and dissociated the people of Old Bende, from his ambition to lead the 10th Senate.
