Nigeria At 60: Youths Must Shun Divisive Tendencies – Hon OJB

Posted on October 1, 2020

As Nigeria marks her 60th Independence Anniversary, the President of OJB Foundation, Hon. Olaide John Bello (OJB), has charged the youths across the country to shun divisive tendencies and collaborate for the unity of the country.

In his message on Nigeria’s 60th Independence Anniversary, Hon. OJB said, “As we celebrate today, I’ll like to remind the youths across the country that the founding fathers and those who fought for our Independence, did so as young people. It would’ve been impossible for them to achieve such feat without unity”.

“Even in the days of the Military, the Heads of State and Military Administrators across the states at different times, were all young officers. I therefore, challenge the present day youths across Nigeria to brace up, shun divisive tendencies, get involved and pursue the desired change at all levels.”

“The majority of our population is more of youths. So there’s nothing they cannot achieve in the social, economic and political fields once they remain united and maintain focus” Hon OJB submitted.
