 The 4th Free Medical Mission organized by NSL in collaboration with Dr. Sabu George, Dr. Jibu George and Dr. Iyang, working in partnership with JOOF and Ojodu LCDA was held on 24th June, 2019, at Ogba Oluwole Primary Healthcare Centre, Ogba.

The year 2019 free medical mission focused on cardiovascular diseases in adults, and dentistry for children below the age of 10 years was complete success.

The NSL Foundation provided free anti-hypertension medications to patients with abnormal blood pressures as well as provisions of free tooth paste and brushes to children. The specialist doctors preformed free consultations on heart screening for those that had undergone the ECG screening process.

The free medical mission exercise was glamorous as the First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, graced the occasion.

In her speech, Dr. Ibijoke expressed her appreciation to the organizers of the free medical innovative programme and also pleaded with everyone to always engage in daily exercise of the body and to always go for medical checkups.

The events became more eccentric as the master of ceremony announced that June 25th, 2019, is the Birthday of her husband, His Excellency, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and it was a thing of joy to note that Ojodu LCDA would be the first Local Government to facilitate and wished her husband Happy Birthday which was solemnized with birthday songs to the admiration of Dr. Ibijoke Sanwolu and other well wishers.

The First Lady appreciated the presence of the LCDA Executive Chairman, Hon.(Engr.) Julius Olumuyiwa Oloro and the people of the Ojodu LCDA for their goodwill and good wishes for her husband on his birthday.

The Supervisor for Health, Ojodu LCDA, Hon. Bunmi Oluyadi, in his votes of thanks, thanked the organizers of the free medical mission with special appreciations to Cardinal James Odunmbaku and the First Lady for creating time to attend the ceremony.

Dignitaries in attendance were the First lady, Lagos State, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, Cardinal James Omolaja Odunmbaku, the Executive Chairman, Ojodu LCDA Hon. (Engr.) Julius Olumuyiwa Oloro, the Vice Chairman, Ojodu LCDA Hon. Bunmi Oluyadi, The legislative arm of Ojodu LCDA, the Supervisory Councillors, party leaders, CDC & CDA and well wishers across the LCDA.
