Ojodu LCDA Maximising Private Sector Collaborations

Posted on April 27, 2022

During the Campaign for the Local Government elections in Ojodu LCDA, which we ensured and guarded strictly to be issue based and intellectually propelled by soft selling our message of sustainable development hinged on the H.E.Y.S Agenda of our candidate, who eventually went on to win elections into office as Chairman, we weren’t just  rhetorical or brandishing acronyms for optics but elucidating our plans and outlining our intentions for seeking office so we could appropriate, evaluate , checklist and review projects and performance while the public we promised to serve can subject us to thier judgement and critical analysis by comparing  deliverables with our manifesto.

Latest developments keep validating our administration as it reflects the conviction of Mr. Chairman to stay true to the quality of governance he promised and his devotion to pursuing it to the letter through collaborative effort with the organised private sector and other levels of government be it State or Federal, he hasn’t just delivered the renovated primary health centres but  has given impetus to prevention through community based sensitisation for healthcare.

Days ago, such efforts were brought to bear as two private sector funded initiatives but community centered projects was delivered to the very vulnerable beneficiaries in our communities, an NNPC joint venture Anti Malaria 🦟 sensitization and prevention progamme which consisted of a motorized rally, lecture and training of community based volunteers while Communications giant, MTN, partnered with the Hon. Segun Odunmbaku administration to provide succour and special needs worth more than a million Naira to a prominent orphanage in Ojodu, Life Fountain Orphanage Home.

These commitments would still yield many jobs and trade fairs, manpower developments and project financing to build a more prosperous Ojodu LCDA, which are as a result of value proposition and intentional efforts made to create enabling environment for partnership and collaborations through active and  robust engagement  between the administration and private sector, interactions with governmental and non governmental organizations.
