Ojodu LCDA Trains Staff On Administrative Procedures
A one-day Training Programme on “Administrative Procedures for Service Excellence in Local Government Organization” was held in a bid to equip Ojodu LCDA staff with valuable insights and knowledge to enhance their administrative skills.
The training, which took place at ABACTA Hall, was led by the esteemed facilitator, Mr. Ajetunmobi, who delved deep into the subject matter. The target audience for this programme included civil servants from Ojodu LCDA, ranging from Grade Level 7 to Grade Level 12.
Mr. Ajetunmobi, a seasoned expert in administrative procedures, engaged the participants in an extensive discussion on the intricacies of providing excellent services within a Local Government organization. His presentation covered a wide range of topics, including effective communication, time management, and administrative best practices. Through practical examples and case studies, the staff gained valuable insights into improving their service delivery capabilities.
During the course of the training, Hon. Olusegun Odunmbaku, the Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, delivered an inspiring address to the participants.
