Ojodu LCDA Update On Rescue Operations And Site Clearance

The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, has once again visited the site of the collapsed building at 10, Oremeta Street, Ojodu Berger, where site clearance operations are still ongoing.
It will be recalled that the ill-fated structure, which housed the Equal Rights Restaurant, collapsed on Saturday, prompting a swift response from emergency agencies.
Ojodu LCDA has confirmed that 18 people were rescued while 8 people were reported dead as of 6:00 p.m today 21st April, 2025, from the collapsed building at 10 Oremeta Street, Ojodu Berger.
Rescue and clearance operations continue with support from emergency agencies.
The Council Chairman, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, has visited injured victims and commended swift response of government agencies.
