Ojodu Mayor, Odunmbaku Celebrates Women On International Women’s Day
The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, Hon Segun Odunmbaku, has celebrated women across the globe as the world celebrate “International Women’s Day”.
Hon Segun Odunmbaku said women are the backbone of society who deserve to be venerated and celebrated because of their contributions towards family and societal development.
He further said, “Women’s development is a critical part of our H.E.Y.S agenda, where we have designed policies and programmes to empower our women through skills acquisition and welfare schemes”.
“At Ojodu LCDA, we are committed to promoting ideals and policies that engender the development of women in fulfillment of our development agenda and in line with the global United Nations Sustainable Development Goals” Odunmbaku concluded.
