The youths of Ojoto community in Idemili South Council Area led by Comrade Samuel Mbanefo have reaffirmed their unalloyed support to Idemili South Council Mayor, Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi (Iyom Ife-Abata), and APGA in general.
They made the statement during Council Mayor’s inspection of ongoing 1.2km of road in St. Barnabas-Nnewi-Oba old Road, stating that Hon. Obi did marvellously well as the former Caretaker Chairman.
Welcoming Council Boss with a gift, the leader of the youths, Comrade Samuel Mbanefo said, Ojoto is now APGA and they are solidly behind Hon. Obi to assist her in the effort to take the council area to the next level of development.
Comrade Mbanefo added that Ojoto benefited from her leadership when she was TC Chairman and they will benefit more as they are now part and parcel of the government because their brother, Hon. Ifeanyi Anakuba is the Deputy Mayor.
While praying for her successful tenure, they urged her to keep the flag flying as their support remain sacrosanct.
Responding, Hon. Obi appreciated them for the gift and support, stating that she is following the footsteps of Governor Charles Soludo CFR and his wife, Dr. Mrs Nonye Soludo.
