ONC Congratulates Mrs. Eke On Appointment As Permanent Secretary

The leadership of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, on behalf of the people of Orashi Region has celebrated Mrs. Cordelia U. Eke on her appointment as Permanent Secretary in Rivers State. 
In a congratulatory message signed by Ambassador Emeni Ibe (JP AP), the President General of the ONC, the respected group said, “We heartily congratulate our dear sister, Mrs. Cordelia U. Eke, on her well-deserved appointment as Permanent Secretary, Rivers State Civil Service by His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara GSSRS”.
“This appointment is a testament to your dedication, competence, and exemplary service to the State and to humanity.
We are confident that you will bring your wealth of experience and integrity to bear on this new role Almighty God has bestowed on you.”
