ONC PG, Amb. Emeni Ibe Congratulates NDDC Boss, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku On FNIM Conferment 

The President General of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has congratulated the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, on his conferment with the Fellowship of the Nigerian Institute of Management, FNIM.

Dr. Ogbuku was honoured with the prestigious fellowship, the highest professional membership grade of the Institute, at the 2026 Fellows’ Award and Spouses’ Day held in Lagos on Thursday, August 20, 2026.

In his congratulatory message, Ambassador Ibe described the recognition as well-deserved and a call to higher service.

“On behalf of the leadership and members of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, I congratulate you on this distinguished recognition. This is indeed a call to greater responsibility, higher professional standards and deeper service to humanity,” he said.

The ONC President General commended the leadership of the Nigerian Institute of Management for recognizing Dr. Ogbuku’s contributions to national development.

“I must commend the leadership and members of the Nigerian Institute of Management for finding you worthy of this prestigious fellowship and for recognising your huge contributions to Nigeria at large,” he stated.

Ambassador Ibe added that Dr. Ogbuku’s leadership and managerial acumen at the NDDC while serving the people of the Niger Delta have been noticed beyond the region.

“Your leadership and managerial acumen at the NDDC while serving the people of the Niger Delta have been noticed beyond our region. We stand in solidarity with you as you continue to affect the lives of our people with your policies and projects.”

He concluded by expressing confidence that more honours await the NDDC boss.
