ONC PG Celebrates Amb. Mrs. Juliet Emeni Ibe On Her Birthday

The President General of Orashi National Congress, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, has celebrated Amb. Mrs. Juliet Emeni Ibe on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
