ONC President General Felicitates With Apostle Samuel Egbe On Birthday

The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has felicitated with Apostle Samuel Egbe on the occasion of his birthday.
