Osun CP Pays Alapomu Courtesy Visit

Osun State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Babatunde Johnson Kokumo, has paid a courtesy visit to Oba Kayode Afolabi, the Alapomu of Apomu.

Alapomu commended Kokumo for remarkable improvement in security and peaceful atmosphere in the state.

He said kidnapping and banditry had reduced since Kokumo took over as Commissioner of Police.

Alapomu advised Kokumo not to relent on the good job he is doing.

In his response, Kokumo thanked the state government for giving him the needed support to perform and promised to do more to guarantee safety of lives and properties.

He thanked the Alapomu and his Chiefs for giving him a rousing welcome.

Before visiting the Alapomu, Kokumo has been on familiarisation tour of police formations in Isokan Local Government area whose headquarters is Apomu.
