Oyo Govt Appoints Rivers State Monarch As Chancellor Of LAUTECH

The Oyo State Executive Council (ExCo) has announced the appointment of HRM Ohna Sergeant Chidi Awuse, Paramount Ruler of Emuoha Kingdom, as the Chancellor of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho.

The State Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Dr. Wasiu Olatubosun, made this known after the State ExCo meeting held on Tuesday, 4th April, 2023.

LAUTECH will benefit from the rich experience of the first class monarch as an administrator, community leader and a reverred traditional ruler.

The appointment takes immediate effect.
