Police Nab Notorious Cultist

A notorious and deadly cultist, one Elijah Ogunlaja, a.k.a Akeju, who allegedly had been deeply involved in several killings, robbery and other cult related activities in Oworonshoki area of Lagos was nabbed by police operatives led by the DPO Oworoshoki Division, CSP Ifeanyi Owo.
The suspected cultist was arrested on 9th January, 2019, at about 19:30hrs in Ososa, Oworonshoki and according to a police source he has made confessional statement on the number of people he had killed and how he bought his guns.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that on 16th December, 2018, at about 10:30hrs, the suspect, Elijah Ogunlaja, alongside his gang members came out to cause mayhem as usual but the DPO, CSP Owo and his men gave them a hot chase. In the process, Elijah’s gun with 2 cartridges fell from him. The police recovered the gun and took it to FSARS at Ikeja.
Police source hinted P.M.EXPRESS that they are still on the trail of the other fleeing gang members in order to apprehend them to face prosecution.
