Police Neutralize 2 Gunmen Responsible For Death Of 2 Officers

Two gunmen, who were allegedly among the hoodlums responsible for the death of Police officers in Anambra State, were killed during a raid of their camp in Ogboji in Orumba South Local Government Area on Sunday.
 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the gang of hoodlums killed the officers while on rampage over the weekend.
The Anambra State Police Commissioner, CP Aderemi Adeoye, confirmed this on Monday and added that a 51-year old lady was also rescued during the raid on the camp.
CP Adeoye added that a Lexus SUV, four Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) two Pump Action guns and 16 live cartridges were also recovered. He hinted that the IEDs had been defused.
Adeoye said the manhunt for the assailants and every criminal element in the state would continue. He restated the determination of the Command to ensure the security of all and urged residents and holidaymakers in the state to go on with their lawful activities without fear.
