Police Officer’s Wife Damages 10-year Old Girl’s  Buttocks With Hot Iron

A 28-year old wife of a police officer, Mrs Ngozi Adekeye has been arrested and charged before a Lagos court for allegedly inflicting grievous injury on the buttocks of a 10-year old girl, Miracle Oluebube at a Lagos Police barrack.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect reportedly used hot pressing iron and placed on the buttocks of the victim which caused her severe injury.

The incident happened at Kayode Police Barrack in Lagos where both the suspect and the victim reside.

The victim was badly injured to the extent that she was admitted at a hospital where she was receiving treatment.

The residents of the barracks wondered what would have made the suspect to commit such grievous harm to the victim.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the victim angered the suspect by committing undisclosed offence in the house which prompted her to vent her anger on the victim by doing so.

Her action has landed her in trouble as she was arrested and charged before Ogba Magistrates court for the alleged offence.

She pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs Davis Abegunde granted her bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.

She was remanded in prison custody pending when she will perfect her bail condition.

The matter was adjourned till 17 July 2017.
