President-elect Tinubu Returns To Nigeria Days Ahead Of Swearing-In Ceremony From France

Nigeria’s President-Elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has returned to Nigeria days ahead of the inauguration ceremony.
Accompanied by his wife, Senator Oluremi, he was warmly received by his party members, some governors and his supporters after he landed at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport in Abuja.
Among the delegates were his Vice President-Elect, Senator Kashim Shettima; Governor Abdullahi Ganduje; Senator Godswill Akpabio among others.

Having left the country for France about 10 days ago, Tinubu, as disclosed by his spokesman, Tunde Rahman, was on a working visit to meet with investors and major allies to fine-tune transition plans all in a bid to create investment opportunities in the country.
Upon his return, Tinubu is expected to join the President, Muhammadu Buhari and other dignitaries for the official opening of the Dangote Refinery complex in his home state on Monday.
