The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has released his annual prophetic warnings for Lagos State as part of his 2025/2026 “State of the Nation” prophecy.
In the prophecy made available to the press, Primate Ayodele called for prayers across the state and urged the government to take proactive steps on security, governance, and disaster prevention.
Lagos State: Call For Prayers and Policy Action
Primate Ayodele said Lagos needs “a lot of prayers because of security challenges.” According to him, “the spirit of God says this will be addressed properly.”
He urged the state government to pay close attention to the activities of Okada riders, citing concerns over attacks. He also advised the governor to “work and watch carefully” to avoid leadership problems in the state.
The cleric foresaw an increase in the Internally Generated Revenue of Lagos State and improvements in road networks. However, he warned of “strange and unexpected crises,” and called for vigilance against flooding and other natural disasters.
“Let the state be watchful against flooding. The people must be careful as there will be a lot of challenges,” he said.
He also mentioned possible crises linked to youths, armed robbery, and cultism, and advised the government to take steps to prevent incidents that could resemble an earth tremor, especially in areas around Lekki.
He further urged prayers so the state does not lose “a prominent king, prominent politician, a socialite and any member of the National Assembly from the state.”
