In line with Governor Soludo’s plan to bequeath a legacy road, government will be embarking on the dualization of the Agulu-Nanka Roads.
To this effect therefore, property owners along the said areas have been asked to ensure compliance in the distance of their properties to the roads before demolition and construction will commence.
It must be noted that the law demands that any property along a Federal highway must be set back 47.5 meters from the center of the road.
