Ruzu Health Care Ltd Partners AGN To Provide Free Healthcare Services To Actors

For support to the welfare of members in the Nollywood Industry, Ruzu Health Care Limited has partnered with Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) to provide premium health care services to the thespians in Delta State.

 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the company provided free consultation/counseling, blood sugar test, BP test, herbal remedies to the actors for prevention and treatment of some health issues in the just concluded Ruzu Health walk at the Steven Keshi Stadium Asaba, Delta State.

The CEO of Ruzu Herbal Products, Dr Onyemaechi Roberts Uzu, has stated that the company will continue to support the actors to take care of their health needs as part corporate social responsibility, considering the increased mortality rate due to negligence in routine checks of health status due to work strain.

 

The actors were also given Ruzu Herbal Bitters for the treatment of excess sugar, immune boosting and detoxification of the body, Ruzu herbal tea for stress control and insomnia since the actors work on stressful situations, Ruzu herbal balm for pains and arthritis, and Kamkpe herbal drink for vitality.

On this note, the AGN in collaboration with Ruzu health care Limited organised a 1-Day Health Walk to help actors get back on the field healthy. Actors in Delta State gathered at a designated point (ShopRite roundabout) to take a healthy walk down with a stop at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba. Actors also engaged in other sporting activities at the stadium such as football, table tennis, aerobics as well as benefitting from conducting free tests and consultations.

 

The event, which commenced at 8:00am and lasted till 6:30pm on Sunday 17th March, 2024, was said to be fulfilling and refreshing.

Dr Uzu added that the health walk is just the little Ruzu Health Care Limited is contributing to the wellbeing of the Actors Guild of Nigeria and Nollywood Industry.
