Segun Odunmbaku Attends Retreat On Electoral Reforms

The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, Hon Segun David Odunmbaku, today attended a retreat of the Joint Committee Of the National Assembly on Electoral Matters themed “Updating Nigeria’s Electoral Reforms” at Marriott Hotel, Ikeja GRA.
It was an organised stakeholders session to review impact of Nigeria’s electoral reforms and seek input towards legislative framework for a better electoral system.
Discussions centered around
improving electoral processes through fostering enhanced impartiality, inclusiveness, transparency, integrity and accuracy.
Hon Segun David Odunmbaku, at the retreat, advocated for a better electoral system that would instill confidence in the electorate with more efficient, effective and sustainable outcomes.
At the retreat were Leaders of the Joint Committee, Senator Sharafadeen Alli and Hon Adebayo Balogun, Vice Chairman of Ikeja LGA, Hon. Yomi Musbau Mayungbe, Chairman of Onigbongbo LCDA, Hon Dotun Olakanle, Traditional leaders and members of the Civil Society.
