Sen. Ned Nwoko Hosts Dr Uzu Robert & Entourage At Abuja Residence Over Anioma State Proposal

Distinguished Lawmaker, Senator Prince Ned Nwoko, representing Delta North Senatorial District, on Friday, 8th August, 2025, hosted the CEO of Ruzu Herbal Products and Services Limited, Dr Uzu Onyemaechi Robert and his entourage at his residence in Maitama, Abuja.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that Dr Uzu’s entourage included veteran Nollywood actor, Mr. Francis Duru, who was well-known in the past for his role in the film “Rattlesnake and Agility” and many others.
The amiable Senator, Barr. Ned Nwoko, hosted Dr Uzu to discuss business and Delta State affairs, focusing on the proposed Anioma State and its potential benefits.
However, the primary aim of the meeting was supposedly business but later evolved into a discussion on Delta State affairs. During the conversation, the esteemed Senator shared his thoughts on the establishment of additional states in Nigeria, particularly the Anioma State proposal. He emphasised how the establishment of the state would benefit the people of the Anioma locals as well as the Ukwani locals if the goal is realised.
Dr Uzu noted that Senator Ned Nwoko’s vision for the creation of Anioma State is a project that comes with distinct development to improve the social, economic and political spheres; the vision, if accomplished, will encourage equity in resource allocation and control.
Speaking on promoting unity amongst the people of Anioma, Sen. Ned Nwoko affirmed that there is a plan for a comprehensive consultation meant to bring governance to the grassroots and enable transparency.
Furthermore, Sen. Nwoko urged Nigerians, especially Deltans, to maximise the opportunity of the Sports University initiative to explore their talents. He revealed that the university is more focused on academic pursuit. Moreover, the Sports University enables talents to achieve their sporting goals.
According to Dr Uzu Onyemaechi Robert, the senator praised the effectiveness of the Ruzu herbal remedies, urged continuity and authenticity, and expressed gratitude for the impact the courtesy visit had effectively generated.
Dr Uzu Onyemaechi Robert, in his appreciation message, commended the senator’s effort for the warm welcome and called on the Delta State governor and other stakeholders to critically look into this golden opportunity for the Delta North Senatorial District and support the opportunity embedded in the Anioma State initiative.
