Senator Uche Ekwunife Facilitates Another Training On Entrepreneurship Development in Fishery

The two pronged training on Agro-production facilitated by the Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Uche Ekwunife PhD, has seen another set of participants receive training on fishery production technique.

Earlier, hundreds of participants were engaged in a training session focused on Snaily Production & Enhancement Process.

Both training programmes which were held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at Senator Uche Ekwunife Centre Awka are in line with Senator Ekwunife’s unwavering commitment to poverty alleviation, economic development and youth empowerment. 

The series of programmes, which will last up to the 28th of October, 2021, are targeted at exposing participants to various skills acquisition programmes which include, Footwear manufacturing; Mechanized animal husbandry; Modern masonry, carpentry and painting; Raw materials development amongst others.

The training which is part of the 12th empowerment programme being facilitated by the grassroots friendly lawmaker since her inauguration into the 9th Senate will also involve an exposure of the participants to the practical process of fish and snail farming.
