Soludo Visits State Warehouse & Inspects Flood Relief Materials

Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has visited the state warehouse where relief materials for flood victims are stored.

 

During the visit, the Governor who was received by the flood management team, inspected the quantity and quality of the materials.

The Deputy Governor, Dr. Ifeanyichukwu Ibezim, who supervised the team on behalf of the state government, eulogized the Governor as a leader who always thinks about sustainable plans, pointing out that when the flood came, due to the early warning by the state government, followed by the state communication channels as well as set up of holding centers, no mortalities were recorded.

Deputy Governor Ibezim stresses that outbreak of infectious diseases were checkmated and added that the Public-Private-Community-Partnership model was equally mainstreamed to achieve effectiveness.
