Posted on February 27, 2025

After several years of intense scrutiny and a rigorous selection process, the management of Vanguard Media Limited has selected Governor Soludo as the recipient of the 2024 Vanguard Award for Good Governance.

Soludo was chosen for this award due to his significant achievements since taking office as the governor of Anambra State three years ago.

Among his notable accomplishments are advancements in infrastructure, particularly urban renewal, transformation in the education and health sectors, and a crucial overhaul of the state’s security framework. This includes the establishment of the Agunechemba security outfit and monetization of whistleblowing, which has proven effective in combating crime in the state.

Vanguard holds Soludo in high esteem as one of the most committed and focused governors in Nigeria.

Congratulations, Mr. Good Governance.
