Speaker Abbas Meets Governor Inuwa Yahaya In Abuja

Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, on Friday received the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, at the Gombe Governor’s Lodge in Abuja.

 

The two leaders held a closed-door meeting, where they discussed issues bordering on governance, legislative-executive collaboration and other matters of national importance.

Governor Inuwa Yahaya, who is also the Chairman of the Northern States Governors’ Forum, a key driver of the Renewed Hope Agenda and a leading figure in party outreach and engagement, was understood to have explored areas of mutual interests with the Speaker of the 10th Assembly, aimed at strengthening institutional synergy for effective service delivery in line with the nation’s development agenda.

The Speaker was accompanied on the visit by the member representing Balanga/Billiri Federal Constituency, Hon. Ali Isa JC.
