Successful Clearance: Over 102 Groups Congratulate Chief Barry Balera Mwara

More than 102 political, youth, student, and civil society groups have congratulated Chief Barry Balera Mwara following his successful clearance by the All Progressives Congress (APC) Screening Committee to contest for the Rivers South East Senatorial District seat.
The groups, which had earlier endorsed his aspiration, described the clearance as a major step toward credible and purposeful representation for the people of Rivers South East Senatorial District.
Among the groups that felicitated with Chief Mwara are the Civil Society Campaign Council for Tinubu-Shettima and Fubara in Rivers State, the Civil Society Campaign Council for Tinubu-Shettima and Fubara in Rivers South East Senatorial District, Rivers South East Students Forum, Rivers South East Youth Forum, Ogoni Youth Movement, and the Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, alongside several other support groups and stakeholders across the district.
Speaking on behalf of the groups, Amb. Emeni Ibe, National President of the Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria and State Coordinator of the Civil Society Campaign Council for Tinubu-Shettima and Fubara in Rivers State, congratulated Chief Barry Balera Mwara for scaling through the APC screening process successfully.
According to Amb. Ibe, the successful clearance further confirms Chief Mwara’s credibility, competence, and preparedness to represent the people effectively at the National Assembly.
He described Chief Mwara as a vibrant, visionary, and people-oriented leader with the experience and capacity needed to attract development, promote unity, and champion the interests of Rivers South East Senatorial District.
Amb. Ibe also expressed confidence in Chief Mwara’s chances at the APC primary election, noting that his growing acceptance across the grassroots and among youths, women, and stakeholders places him in a strong position ahead of the polls.
He assured the APC aspirant of the continued support and solidarity of the Southern Youth Foundation and allied groups, pledging sustained mobilization and strategic support toward ensuring victory at both the party primaries and the general election.
The groups further called on APC stakeholders and the people of Rivers South East Senatorial District to rally behind Chief Barry Balera Mwara, stressing that his emergence would guarantee effective representation, inclusive leadership, and sustainable development for the district.
