Teacher, 45, Arraigned For Engaging Girl,15 In Sex Inside School Premises 

A 45-year old teacher, Osundolire Francis Olusegun, of Abibat Mogaji Muslim Senior Secondary School, Agege, Lagos State, has been arrested and charged for allegedly engaging a 15-year old student in sex inside the school premises.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 18th December, 2025, at the school premises.

According to the Police, the teacher lured the victim after the school had closed, engaged her in the act and having satisfied himself, he allowed her to go.

The matter later got exposed and the victim revealed what happened to her parents, who then reported the matter to the Police in the area. The teacher was arrested and transferred to the Gender Section of the State Command for interrogation.

After rounds of interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.

The charge read:

“That you, Osundolire Francis Olusegun ‘m’, on the 18th day of December 2025, at Abibat Mogaji Muslim Senior Secondary School, Agege-Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did defile the victim ‘f 15years old by having unlawful canal knowledge of her and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 137 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.”

However, the Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Mr. Lucky Ihiehie, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O.Tanimola, ordered his remand in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for advice.

The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
